Hi there,  this is my blog for DA103.  Check this space often for updates!
  I have been employed in the IT field for 15 years starting from the ground up doing support via telephone, email and chat based systems to maintaining and supporting server based systems in a virtual environment and  most recently branching out into Cisco networking as I am working on my CCNA and getting hands on experience with switches and routers so some of the information in this course is a little basic for me, the class is a requirement for the IT program I am taking at good old ECC so here I am.  

This is my first online class and the instructions are easy to follow and turning in the assignments online  is a snap.  The ANGEL system is easy to use and navigate, being able to submit all my assignments online and communicate with the instructor and other people in my class with the the discussion forum feature is a snap as well.
